Microsoft keeps moving toggles out of Control Panel and into Settings, then leaving a search result that opens the old dialog anyway. The new home is usually System → a nested page with a worse name.

If the leftover still changes a driver flag Settings will not touch, keep the old dialog. Bookmark it. Do not chase the Settings rewrite for a NIC power-management checkbox.

The news is the hide, not a better control.
