Everyday Techie publishes practical explainers for practical how-to tech. Every page is a compile of published sources plus original analysis. It is not a first-person review unless a genuine evidence pack is attached.
How pages are made
- A distinct user need is qualified before a URL is created.
- Allowlisted sources are fetched and compiled. We do not scrape Google Search for rankings.
- Claims that need a date or a spec must point at a dated citation.
- The publication name is the byline. We never invent a person to look experienced.
Corrections
If a number, step, or product name is wrong, we update the body and dateModified. Cosmetic copy edits do not bump the Updated badge.
What we will not do
We do not fabricate benchmarks, GitHub “fixer” scripts, or hands-on quotes. We do not prefix titles with Revised or Updated to game freshness.
