Photographs on Everyday Techie are not a free stock library. Each figure stays copyright of its creator or rights holder. Captions name the source. This page is the license notice and the place to start if you want to reuse an image.
What you may do
- Link to our article. Quote a short excerpt with credit and a link.
- Use Google’s cached preview of an image in search results as Google’s systems allow.
What you may not do
- Copy a photograph into another site, app, slide deck, or ad without permission from the rights holder.
- Strip credits or pass an OEM screenshot off as your own.
Who owns the files
- Manufacturer / product photos. Copyright stays with the OEM or the page we compiled from. Reuse is their license, not ours.
- Stock (Unsplash, Pexels, Creative Commons). The photographer’s deed on that service governs reuse. We do not re-license those files.
- Publication-owned images (logo, charts we made). Everyday Techie owns those. Use the contact form on this site when it is available, or reach the publisher through the domain WHOIS for everydaytechie.com.
How to request a license
- Note the article URL and the image filename or caption.
- Identify the credit on the figure.
- For OEM or stock art, ask that rights holder. For publication-owned art, use the contact page.
